Membership Fees

Fellowship membership fees are kept to a minimum so that writers of all ages and backgrounds can enjoy the benefits for membership.

Rates for new members are as follows:

• Full member or Associate Member: $45.00 per year, $85 for 2 years, $200 for 5 years, $400 for 10 years
• Full-time students/Pensioners: $33.00 per year
• Institutions: $85.00 per year

A full member is one who is a writer (for any communication medium) or the author of a compilation whose work in either instance constitutes a reputable contribution to letter, or includes a book or sustained writing of a professional or literary nature.

It is the prerogative of the State Executive Committee to decide whether a prospective member’s contributions meet these criteria.
